The MOTMOT™ materials are designed to be a teacher’s toolkit, allowing the teacher to adjust their use for a particular context. It is understood that sometimes limited sections of the materials will be desired. Users are free to select from any portion of the materials for their specific need. However, a user is not free to add or delete from the published format of the materials. This is considered a copyright violation.
It is also a copyright violation to sell the materials. The author makes the materials available free of charge. They are not sold and, therefore, should not be bought from any individual or organization. MOTMOT™ is registered with the United States Copyright Office, Library of Congress, Washington D.C., by its author, John J. Mannion. The second edition (published version) is registered under the same copyright.
